Chen Yunlin, president of the Chinese mainland-based Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Strait (ARATS), arrived in Taiwan Wednesday afternoon for a new round of talks with his Taiwanese counterpart Chiang Pin-kung, chairman of the Taiwan-based Straits Exchange Foundation (SEF).
