class="fontsizebox"> <div class=TRS_Editor><p>　　 “夏利曾經是中國最好的汽車品牌，如今卻為生存發愁”道出了商業叢林法則：不思進取就會落後，落後就要完蛋。</p> <p>　　熟悉夏利品牌歷史的人知道，夏利早年作為天津汽車集團公司旗下子公司創造過連續18年登上全國經濟型轎車銷量第一寶座的輝煌業績，並在1999年成功上市。2000年前後，夏利在全國計程車市場的份額超過40%，在北京更是高達70%以上，當時能坐著夏利計程車在京城大街小巷穿行的，也算得上是先富起來的那一撥人，當年的夏利是當之無愧的“國民車”。</p> <p>　　轉捩點就在2002年，當年天津汽車集團公司將其持有的夏利公司總股本的50.98%股份轉讓給一汽後，夏利從此歸入一汽門下，史稱“天一重組”。隨著一汽集團將一汽夏利定位為經濟型轎車生產基地，彌補一汽集團的公司的低端微型車、小型車產品線後，註定一汽夏利註定只能是“裝在套子裏的品牌”。</p> <p>　　經濟型轎車市場競爭激烈、消費機構的變化、企業固步自封，一汽夏利十年間僅有兩款產品打拼市場，這讓其更顯得力不從心。十年間一汽夏利一步步由一線城市退守二線、三線城市，如今甚至在四線、五線城市競爭力都不如奇瑞QQ和比亞迪F0；十年間一汽夏利一步步走入虧損的泥潭，從2009年主營業務首先出現虧損到2013年虧損4.8億元，2014年前三季度巨虧7億元，成為上市車企中業績最差的企業。</p> <p>　　反映到銷量上，一汽夏利今年前9個月銷售51692輛，同比下降46%，甚至不到2010年同期夏利車型銷量的40%。如今的一汽夏利已經走到生死邊緣，上市公司資格也是朝不保夕，挽救一汽夏利的銷量和保住上市公司資格成為擺在管理層面臨的一道難題。</p> <p>　　一汽夏利似乎找到了解決難題的辦法：以新品牌駿派實現企業轉型升級。用天津一汽銷售公司常務副總魯小舟的話說：“夏利品牌經過近30年的發展，市場已經對其形成了固有認知，它的品牌主要以性價比來驅動。而駿派旗下車型會與夏利品牌有較大的價格差，它希望以技術和品質來驅動品牌”。</p> <p>　　但隨著駿派D60的上市能否改變夏利品牌給消費者“低價粗糙”的產品印象呢？一個新品牌剛出生就大喊面向一線城市發展，是好高騖遠還是自信過度？筆者認為，當前的市場情況下，自主車企創建新品牌不是明智之舉。</p> <p>　　首先，新品牌認知需要時間，成功者寥寥，對於迫切需要改變銷量和利潤下滑局面的一汽夏利在時間上等不及。</p> <p>　　眾所週知，近年來自主車企創建新品牌往往結局都是“折戟沉沙”，先是吉利2008年發佈了全球鷹、帝豪和英倫三大全新車型系列品牌標誌，然後是奇瑞2009年發佈中高端品牌“瑞麒”、“威麟”，可才幾年時間，奇瑞、吉利先後宣佈多品牌戰略失敗，三品牌合一。這些新品牌失敗的根源就在在於沒有解決老品牌“低質低價”形象之前，盲目推出的中高端品牌也難以被消費者接受。</p> <p>　　再看看全新公司全新品牌——觀致汽車。從2011年以來，觀致汽車近三年的凈虧損額將超過20億元人民幣，這還不包括工廠建設等固定投資。觀致推出的觀致3兩廂和三廂轎車，單從車型來看，配置和綜合指標都具備一定的競爭實力，可就是即使在行銷費用上下血本也沒有取得銷量上的突破。筆者認為，這多少與觀致固守競爭激烈的一線、二線城市有關。</p> <p>　　同樣，一汽夏利也將駿派品牌作為逆襲一線城市的重點產品系列，可能未來也會碰的得頭破血流。相比于一線、二線城市消費者更加看重品牌，三線、四線城市對於品牌認知度相對偏低，這也是自主品牌得以成長的“沃土”。現在來看，上汽通用五菱創立的寶駿品牌銷量絕大部分來自於三線、四線城市。而駿派D60競爭車型北汽幻速，之所以能在短時間內在國內SUV銷量排名中位居第八位，靠的就是以低價填補了中國三線、四線小城市的SUV市場空白。</p> <p>　　最後，不可忽視的因素，駿派首款產品D60此時進軍的小型SUV市場競爭慘烈，品牌不彰的新車要想殺出一條血路來非常難。除別克昂克拉、福特翼博之外，今年以來合資品牌就有北京現代ix25、東風標致2008、廣汽本田繽智雪佛蘭創酷紛紛上市搶奪大塊市場份額，而長安CS35、瑞風S3、哈弗H2、海馬S5等自主品牌也為僅存的方寸之地爭得“頭破血流”，。消費者對夏利品牌對於還停留在“3萬元-6萬元”的夏利品牌印象中，的消費者要讓其接受6.49萬元-9.99萬元的駿派D60實在有點難。</p>
