<p>　　中國聯通日前獲得《廣播電視節目製作經營許可證》。至此，三大電信運營商均已獲得該許可證。超高清產業鏈長，投資大。其中，超高清視頻將是5G重要應用領域，預計2022年產業規模將超4萬億元。</p> <p>　　中國證券報記者調研發現，4K顯示產品已基本完成對上一代產品的替代，8K產品具備快速上量條件。超高清顯示產業硬體已經成熟，但內容不足成為影響行業快速發展的重要因素。</p> <p>　　<strong>8K產品出貨加速</strong></p> <p>　　王閏企告訴中國證券報記者，5年前京東方4K及以上解析度顯示產品出貨量內部佔比只有9%，而今年一季度國內出貨佔比超過70%，尤其是55英寸及以上大尺寸產品的解析度基本都是4K及以上的，“成長速度驚人，4K已經基本完成對2K、1K的替代”。</p> <p>　　京東方2015年在國際消費電子展(CES)協助合作夥伴發佈110英寸8K超高清液晶顯示電視以來，超高清產業鏈各環節逐漸走向成熟，4K、8K超高清顯示產品走進千家萬戶。</p> <p>　　8K顯示產品出貨進入加速期。“8K面板出貨量增長非常快。2020年TCL華星在全球8K面板市場佔有率不到1%，今年有望接近8%。”TCL華星光電面板技術開發處總監肖軍城向中國證券報記者表示，TCL華星已于2020年4月完成55英寸、65英寸、75英寸60Hz 8K產品對國內外一線品牌客戶的規模出貨。</p> <p>　　在顯示面板產業上游，集創北方提供顯示驅動晶片等零部件。公司CTO李卓認為，解析度提升帶來晶片需求量成倍增加。“超高清並不只是解析度提高，刷新率、廣色域等方面均有相應的提升。對於晶片層面而言，需要處理的數據量成倍增加，需在介面傳輸、功耗控制等層面進行技術革新，以適配顯示面板的需求。除了顯示驅動晶片，電源管理晶片、TCON晶片、TV SOC等都需要升級。”李卓告訴中國證券報記者。</p> <p>　　隨著超高清顯示產業鏈各環節的成熟，成本逐步下降。王閏企介紹，按照顯示面板迭代規律，當成本進入上一代產品1.5倍區間時，上量速度將大幅加快。</p> <p>　　據了解，目前京東方和華星光電的8K面板已進入4K面板成本的1.5倍區間，之前是二至三倍。8K面板已具備快速上量條件。“希望在2021年年底，8K面板產品的成本降至4K產品的1.2倍。”肖軍城說。</p> <p>　　王閏企預計，今年全球8K產品出貨量可能突破100萬台。“這是一個重要門檻，之後將進入加速增長期，2025年全球8K產品出貨量預計超過1500萬台。”</p> <p>　　超高清視頻產業鏈加快升級換代，推動視頻制播、網路傳輸等環節創新發展。視頻制播方面，芒果超媒、東方明珠(投資了索貝數位)、號百控股(投資了4K花園)等企業開展了相關業務，而當虹科技、數位視訊是超高清編解碼產品提供商。</p> <p>　　超高清顯示終端方面，四川長虹、海信視像、深康佳等家電企業以及京東方、TCL(華星光電)等上游顯示面板企業均為主力廠商。核心元器件方面，韋爾股份旗下豪威公司、格科微等企業發力CMOS領域。</p> <p>　　<strong>內容建設恰逢其時</strong></p> <p>　　從消費終端看，4K產品已完成對上一代產品的替代。小米集團電視業務負責人向中國證券報記者介紹，1080P解析度電視產品銷售佔比下降，逐漸由4K解析度電視替代。除了少部分小尺寸產品外，小米電視基本上都採用4K解析度面板，小米盒子在售產品也全部支援4K解析度解碼。</p> <p>　　小米集團電視業務負責人也坦言，目前8K電視銷售佔比仍較低。2020年小米推出首款8K+5G電視——小米電視大師82寸至尊紀念版，售價高達49999元。</p> <p>　　中國證券報記者走訪國美電器位於深圳市南山區的門店發現，店內已有TCL、三星等家電廠商的8K電視出售，三星的某款65英寸8K超高清電視售價為18999元。“8K產品都貴，也沒有內容，買回去目前只能看4K的內容。”門店工作人員說。</p> <p>　　“內容缺乏會影響超高清產業發展。除了硬體成本下降，還要建立引領畫質的標準和方向。”肖軍城介紹，他們的8K面板產品主要賣給三星和新力，應用主要在北美市場。“國內不少消費者早期更關注尺寸大小，現在也開始關注畫質和體驗了。”</p> <p>　　李卓認為，晶片已不是超高清產業鏈的發展瓶頸。“不少晶片廠商早就做了相應技術積累和佈局。從目前情況看，內容製作走在了後面，影響到了產業推廣節奏。儘管國內六成電視都是4K顯示屏，但多數時候還是在看2K內容。”</p> <p>　　超高清內容的普及離不開製作、傳輸、存儲、分發等環節。傳輸已不是障礙。數位視訊副總裁王雪告訴中國證券報記者，4K、8K內容傳輸時需進行壓縮，10G的內容在央視總臺畫質標準下能壓縮到20M-30M，如果是新媒體等小屏需求，可以壓縮得更低，並且嚴格保證畫面品質。</p> <p>　　王雪介紹，AVS3是國內自研的面向8K超高清視頻編解碼技術標準，對標國外的H.266的編碼標準。在同等條件下，採用國內標準壓縮效果甚至更好。同時，數位視訊還基於深度學習的神經網路演算法，推出了對畫面進行動態處理的感知編碼技術，在頻寬資源、計算資源有限的情況下，可以集中優勢資源把人眼聚焦的部分畫面處理得更好。</p> <p>　　當虹科技提供超高清視頻壓縮、低碼高畫質技術，在同樣清晰度下可以節省30%-50%頻寬。公司董秘譚亞向中國證券報記者介紹，超高清產業鏈硬體發展快，掣肘在於內容製作，“產出大量高品質超高清內容還需要時間。”</p> <p>　　國家廣電總局發佈的資訊顯示，截至2021年3月底，全國各級播出機構經批准開辦4K超高清頻道7個。但只有央視超高清頻道能在全國範圍落地接收。</p> <p>　　譚亞表示，已開通的7個超高清頻道播出量並不大，相比2019年提出的計劃節奏要慢不少。對於如何豐富超高清視頻內容，王閏企認為，探討電視與網路內容的融合，找到合適的盈利模式可能是選擇之一。</p> <p>　　<strong>創新空間超乎想像</strong></p> <p>　　超高清內容製作成本通常是普通高清作品的至少1.5倍，生產週期在1.5倍以上，存儲空間8倍以上。</p> <p>　　“以錄影機為例，一台4K錄影機租賃費用約1000元/天，普通高清錄影機每天只需幾百元，而8K錄影機租賃成本每天要2萬元。”王雪表示，商業模式及版權保護也需要完善。“製作成本太高，版權保護如果不到位，會打擊製作方的積極性。”</p> <p>　　曾在廣電體系及優酷擔任高管多年的吳懿，2016年創辦了4K花園，專門從事超高清內容的製作與分發。吳懿告訴中國證券報記者，4K花園累計儲備了15000小時4K內容。“超高清是趨勢，但內容製作這件事很複雜。”</p> <p>　　儘管困難不少，但產業發展潛力巨大。中國電子資訊產業研究院發佈的《超高清視頻產業發展白皮書(2021年)》顯示，2020年我國超高清視頻產業總規模達到1.8萬億元，2022年產業總體規模預計超過4萬億元。</p> <p>　　譚亞認為，大型體育賽事可以為超高清產業發展提供契機。“2021年和2022年是關鍵節點，東京奧運會、北京冬奧會以及在杭州舉行的亞運會，會有很多超高清內容落地，不僅在家裏，大街上、馬路邊的戶外大屏也許都能看到8K視頻。”</p> <p>　　5G與超高清發展相輔相成。譚亞表示，大家都在找5G的大規模殺手級應用，而超高清視頻可能最快落地。王雪說：“超高清在消費領域的應用只是打開了一扇門，未來有太多事可以做，比如無人駕駛、遠端醫療等。”</p> <p>　　除了超高清內容分發，吳懿還想做其他更有趣的事。“比如，與AI、大數據結合，打通遊戲、電商等場景，把產業鏈做長、做大。”吳懿認為，8K內容的媒體屬性會差一些，但藝術屬性會更強，能產生令用戶大開眼界的效果，“結合裸眼3D技術，戶外8K大屏向公眾展示繽紛的藝術、廣告創意作品，甚至成為網紅新地標。”</p> <p>　　電信運營商也欲分享5G+超高清盛宴。中國電信天翼超高清負責人肖偉告訴中國證券報記者，作為5G應用產品之一，中國電信推出天翼超高清APP，運用4K、多機位、自由視點等技術，助力中國電信5G快速發展。“超高清視頻與5G、人工智慧、虛擬現實等技術深度融合，業務場景和商用模式的創新將超乎想像。”肖偉說。</p></div> <div class="editor
