<p>　　今年的雙十一依然火爆，11日13:04，天貓11·11購物狂歡節成交額突破191億元，僅用13小時就完成去年全天支付寶總交易額(天貓加淘寶)。最終，支付寶雙十一當天總交易額為350.19億元，比我此前預計的320億元還要高。垂直電商平臺酒仙網，雙十一總銷售額超過2.2億元，是去年同日的三倍多。據我觀察，今年的雙十一有幾個明顯的特點：</p> <p>　　線下零售商正面參與生死之戰</p> <p>　　回顧一下可見，前兩屆雙十一幾乎是淘寶一家的促銷日，去年的雙十一是大型電商平臺共同參與的促銷日。今年的雙十一，不僅所有電商全部參與，血拼升級，而且傳統商場幡然醒悟，奮起反擊，共同發起了一場全民購物狂潮。</p> <p>　　尤其是傳統商場，去年他們在觀望和被動的狀態下，悲催地淪為網購體驗場和比價對象，今年回過神來，不再坐以待斃，充分利用雙十一進行大規模促銷，同樣高舉各種優惠打折，強力贈送，以“線上線下同價”等敢和線上比價的方式搶客。</p> <p>　　雙十一期間，廣州友誼、廣百、摩登百貨、南京中央商場、北京王府井等大型百貨公司均有行動，有網站的百貨企業則是線上線下聯動，打出了“決戰雙十一”的口號。</p> <p>　　隨著今年雙十一的促銷升級，傳統零售業和網路電商之間會進入拉鋸戰，線上電商有低房租和低運營費用的優勢，但這優勢會被越來越高的流量費用抵消。</p> <p>　　傳統商家已經明白，對那些高單價商品，消費者網上購物的風險在增大。所以，線上上，對於購物單價超過5000元的商品，消費者的購物意願快速下降，他們更加偏重線上下體驗之後直接購買。只要價格能跟線上的相差不大，那線下的成交率會非常高。</p> <p>　　傳統商場近距離接觸用戶，同時有良好的購物體驗。線上上線下同價的理念指導下，會減弱線上電商的衝擊。所以，線上電商未必都低價，傳統商場未必都價高。</p> <p>　　雙十一成為全民購物狂歡節。我們研究發現傳統商場單價毛利越高的產品，越受到網路衝擊和雙十一促銷影響，零售行業真正的微利時代來臨。</p> <p>　　促銷大戰演變成佈局大戰</p> <p>　　傳統零售商開始借助雙十一佈局線上業務。今年參與雙十一活動的商家，包括蘇寧電器，再次承諾線上線下同價;王府井發動旗下30余家商店，啟動實體賣場、網上商城、手機APP三位一體的全渠道促銷行動。</p> <p>　　讓顧客從線下的體驗轉到網上去購買。銀泰借助和淘寶的整合，其他商場借助二維碼等手段，吸引顧客從線下店舖的體驗，到線上商城註冊和購物。試圖借助線下近距離接觸客戶的機會，把客戶的線下體驗轉化為直接的客戶。這是今年特別的趨勢。</p> <p>　　線上電商企業，包括阿里巴巴和騰訊，開始借助雙十一促銷加快佈局移動入口，騰訊係這次動用了超過10億派發紅包和促銷，阿裏係動用6個億派發紅包和促銷。阿裏的拉客送紅包活動，其實就是借機為自己的社交產品“來往”拉客。騰訊的微信除了借助易迅平臺，推廣微信支付以外，還聯合不少傳統商家包括餐飲店推廣微信支付參與活動。</p> <p>　　消費者應該冷靜購買理性消費</p> <p>　　從年中的618大戰，到今天的雙十一大戰，由電商帶來的不斷的促銷大戰，線上線下的“五馬分屍”式的搶奪，正在透支消費者的消費能力和熱情。從易觀消費者行為研究機構提供的網民流量數據來看，618電商大戰後之後，連續兩個月線上購物人數大幅下降30%。</p> <p>　　不斷造節，集中釋放購買力，會讓本來就不完善的電子商務產業鏈經受考驗，尤其集中購買帶來的難以支付和物流緩慢，讓網購的方便變成不便，讓快遞變成“慢遞”。過分的低價，要麼品質沒有保證，要麼依靠漲價之後再降低購買折扣，會透支網民對網路的信賴。</p> <p>　　不間斷的活動，讓本身並不理性的年輕網民，在熱鬧的購買狂潮的引領下，購買了相當比例使用率很低的商品。尤其是非生活必須品。我們有支付自己財富的權利，但我們沒有浪費社會資源的資格。所以，我還是建議大家冷靜購買，理性消費。</p></div>  <div class="digg"> <script> createPageHTML(1, 0, "t20141017_7687325",
